We are currently seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team and lead our estate security operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain effective physical security measures across all company estates.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate security personnel to ensure proper deployment and optimal coverage.
  • Identify potential security risks and recommend proactive measures to prevent theft, trespassing, and vandalism.
  • Assist the Chief Security Officer (CSO) in implementing security protocols and overseeing daily security operations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and prioritize security needs in alignment with company resources and directives.
  • Liaise effectively with the Nigerian Police Force, local security agencies, and relevant community authorities.
  • Monitor access control points, conduct regular patrols, and enforce strict entry and exit protocols within the estate.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of security incidents and submit accurate, timely reports to management.
  • Perform other security-related duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in physical security operations, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate security teams.
  • Exceptional crisis management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good working knowledge of local security networks and law enforcement procedures.
  • Excellent communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
