Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure complete coverage and optimal site protection.
- Develop, implement, and rigorously enforce organizational security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and vulnerability assessments of security measures, systems, and premises.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff on operational procedures, emergency response, and customer service standards.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, breaches, and alarms, providing effective resolution and detailed reporting.
- Liaise effectively with local law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and corporate stakeholders when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all security activities, incident reports, and internal investigations.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and oversee patrols to proactively deter, detect, and address suspicious activities.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in criminal justice or security management is a strong advantage.
- Proven professional experience in security supervision or a related leadership role within the security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of physical security operations, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency response procedures.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with modern security technology, including CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and electronic access control.
- Possession of valid professional security licenses or certifications as mandated by regulatory authorities.
