About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, and we are currently expanding our operations. We are looking for a dedicated Baking Assistant to join our dynamic kitchen team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our daily baking, food preparation, and packaging operations while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety. Beginners and passionate individuals willing to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily food and baking preparation activities.
- Package customer orders accurately, securely, and neatly.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow established food preparation standards and company procedures.
- Assist with stocking ingredients, raw materials, and kitchen supplies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Support other kitchen and administrative activities as assigned by management.
- Minimum of an OND qualification; candidates with a BSc are also welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a bakery, confectionery, kitchen, or food service environment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Beginners with a strong passion for baking are welcome to apply.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Good willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
- Candidates residing around Gbagada and environs are strongly preferred for easy commute.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦80,000.
- Stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
