We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Personnel to join our dedicated team and help maintain a secure atmosphere for our esteemed guests and staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, entrances, and parking areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or suspicious activities.
- Greet guests warmly while conducting standard security checks and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.
- Manage crowd control and maintain order during peak dining hours and special events.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with local law enforcement or medical services when necessary.
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the restaurant and surrounding facilities to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management regarding any security breaches or unusual occurrences.
- Minimum of a SSCE or equivalent educational qualification with verifiable security training or certification.
- Proven working experience as a security guard, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail sector.
- Strong situational awareness, excellent observation skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good verbal and communication skills in English, alongside polite interpersonal etiquette for customer interactions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Must reside in or be readily able to commute to Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
