Founded by esteemed real estate developer and businessman Mr. Steven Ukpabi, we are committed to delivering world-class hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking meticulous and dedicated Housekeeping Staff to join our professional team and ensure our resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, elegance, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments promptly.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them immediately to management.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and lost-and-found items with utmost professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, sanitation, and security guidelines across all assigned areas of the resort.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless room turnovers and guest satisfaction.
- Possess relevant educational qualifications, certifications, or professional training in hospitality or housekeeping.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a polite, well-mannered disposition.
- Prior working experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
