We are currently seeking a competent, passionate, and service-driven Security Officer to join our dynamic team and uphold our stringent safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the comprehensive safety, security, and protection of all hotel guests, visiting patrons, resident staff, and physical property.
- Monitor premises regularly through patrols, surveillance systems, and strategic observation to prevent and detect unauthorized access, suspicious activities, or potential hazards.
- Manage access control at entrances, verify visitor credentials, and maintain accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing personnel and vehicles.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, or disturbances, taking swift and professional action in line with established hospitality security protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement agencies and emergency response teams when necessary to resolve security incidents.
- Provide polite, professional, and reassuring security assistance to guests, offering directions and help while maintaining a vigilant presence.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, security certifications, and verifiable prior experience in a similar security role, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety protocols, crowd management, emergency response, and basic surveillance operations.
- Possess excellent observational skills, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Exhibit high levels of integrity, physical fitness, discipline, and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective reporting and guest interaction.
