In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our esteemed guests and dedicated staff members, ensuring every visit feels like coming home.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, entrances, and parking areas to maintain a secure environment for customers and employees.
- Control access to the restaurant, screening visitors and managing guest flow during peak dining hours.
- Patrol the property regularly to identify and mitigate potential security risks, hazards, or suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate action and coordinating with local authorities if necessary.
- Collaborate with management and staff to implement effective safety protocols and crowd-control measures.
- Provide a polite, professional, and reassuring presence to enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Relevant professional qualifications and proven experience in a security or law enforcement role.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting respectfully with diverse guests and team members.
- Physical fitness and readiness to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Owerri, Imo State.
