Immediate resumption is preferred for this critical on-site role.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high-visibility security presence to deter unauthorized access and potential threats.
- Monitor premises, assets, and entry points with keen observation skills to ensure safety.
- Enforce company security policies, protocols, and safety regulations consistently.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
- Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and management regarding safety protocols.
- Follow all operational instructions and shift guidelines accurately.
- Previous professional security experience is a distinct advantage.
- Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of handling demanding security duties.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow strict instructions.
- Must be willing to reside within the provided staff accommodation.
