In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and secure environment, protecting our guests, employees, and physical assets while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, supervising, and mentoring security personnel to build a high-performing workforce.
- Manage daily security operations, implementing protocols that comply with local regulations and Hilton brand standards.
- Supervise property safety by overseeing routine security patrols, identifying potential risks, and taking proactive preventive measures.
- Support and conduct thorough investigations into accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations with proper documentation.
- Oversee emergency responses for fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards while coordinating with internal teams and external authorities.
- Act as the primary law enforcement liaison, maintaining strong professional relationships with local security and police agencies.
- Ensure accurate documentation, maintaining detailed security reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
- Support broader hotel operations as part of the leadership team, including taking on Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
- Minimum of 5 years of security management experience, preferably within the hospitality or corporate sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse security team.
- In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and law enforcement protocols.
- Excellent crisis management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional certification in security management or a related field is an added advantage.
