About the Role

We are currently looking for a proactive and dedicated Security Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our physical assets, supply chain, personnel, and operations against various risks and threats.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and continuously evaluate comprehensive physical security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans for facilities and supply chains.
- Coordinate closely with local law enforcement, government agencies, and external security contractors to intelligence-share and mitigate potential threats.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing across all operational sites to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Manage, train, and supervise on-site security personnel, fostering a culture of vigilance, safety, and accountability.
- Lead investigations into any security breaches, incidents, or irregularities, providing actionable recommendations and detailed incident reports.
- Maintain crisis management readiness and act as a primary point of contact for all escalated security matters within the region.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive proven professional experience in corporate security management, military, or law enforcement, preferably within the agricultural, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, physical security systems, and emergency response planning.
- Exceptional leadership, crisis communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Relevant professional certifications (such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
