About the Role
Avoris Consultancy Ltd is currently partnering with esteemed clients in Abuja to recruit two dependable, well-presented Unarmed Security Guards for direct employment. We are looking for vigilant professionals to safeguard our clients' properties, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff across both a private family residence and a premium serviced residence.
Key Responsibilities- Control gate access by rigorously verifying and admitting only authorized residents, guests, visitors, staff, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for all visitors, incoming vehicles, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, thoroughly checking perimeters, access doors, lighting systems, and safety equipment.
- Promptly report any security incidents, facility faults, or suspicious activities to management.
- Strictly adhere to established post orders, emergency response procedures, and professional codes of conduct.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the serviced residences by courteously welcoming guests and collaborating seamlessly with housekeeping and facility maintenance teams.
- Proven previous experience working as a security guard, gateman, or in a closely related safety role.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification with the ability to read, write, and maintain clear records in English.
- Demonstrated qualities of honesty, high alert status, discretion, and polite interpersonal communication.
- Willingness and availability to live on-site based on a structured weekly shift system.
