Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, entrances, and parking areas to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Control access to the facility, screening visitors and managing guest entry professionally.
- Maintain high levels of alertness to identify, deter, and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly and offering directions when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and local authorities in the event of an emergency.
- Enforce company safety regulations and property rules consistently and fairly.
- Proven alertness, high discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good verbal communication and exceptional observation skills.
- Previous security or hospitality experience will be considered a distinct advantage.
