About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Coordinator to oversee security operations at our Port Harcourt Main Base and staff residential areas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating a large team of civil and armed security personnel, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and risk mitigation in a sensitive operating environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize all security operations, focusing on robust access control functions and visitor screening processes.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate 388 civil security personnel and armed MOPOL units.
- Develop comprehensive security service plans, standards, and emergency response readiness protocols.
- Conduct main base security risk assessments, monitor compliance with company standards, and report daily access statistics.
- Investigate security breaches, manage incident reporting, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external security outfits and plan security needs for company events and club functions.
- University degree or HND in Social Sciences, Arts, or Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of substantial experience within the armed forces or a recognized security organization.
- Prior security management experience within the Oil and Gas industry is a distinct advantage.
