About the Role
Aldelia Limited is currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient Security Coordinator to oversee onshore field security operations for our client in the Oil and Gas sector. Based in the Obagi GRA/OFS (OML58) location, this critical role requires a seasoned professional capable of maintaining safety and order within a dynamic, high-risk environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, implement, and exercise the OML58 security plan.
- Conduct regular security inspections of the Obagi GRA and Ogbogu Flow Station (OFS) to ensure robust protective measures.
- Supervise access control, vehicle checks, and the issuance of security access badges for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Coordinate activities and deployments involving Government Security Forces (GSF) and the Nigerian Legion.
- Lead crime investigations, gather and disseminate intelligence, and produce accurate security incident reports.
- Ensure all security equipment, including surveillance and intrusion detection devices, are properly maintained and tested.
- Conduct thorough security inductions and brief personnel on emergency procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Background in military or law enforcement is strictly required.
- Proven professional experience in industrial security management within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage personnel and physical security assets in hostile environments.
