In this critical leadership position, you will spearhead our client engagement and business development initiatives across key capital-intensive segments such as steel manufacturing, construction, assembly plants, power and utilities, mining, and cement. Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute strategic business plans, marketing goals, and financial budgets for the Heavy Industries sector in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Originate and manage top-quality risk assets, conduct comprehensive credit reviews, and ensure strict compliance with credit policies and procedures.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with C-suite executives across target industries including chemicals, ship building, and CNG motor stations.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives to increase customer yield, generate profitable assets, and secure stable, low-cost liabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing team of relationship managers to optimize productivity, talent retention, and professional development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and operating environments to identify emerging business opportunities and mitigate credit risks.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications in banking, finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of cognate experience in corporate banking, with specialized focus on heavy industries and commercial sectors.
