Key Responsibilities- Understand customer requirements and align technology solutions with business objectives
- Provide strategic advisory services on utilizing technology to achieve organizational goals
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate effectively with in-house technical staff
- Design robust IT systems and networks, ensuring optimal architecture and functionality
- Support the seamless implementation of new technologies across client organizations
- Train users in new and existing IT systems to maximize adoption and value
- Provide expert assistance with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Revise existing systems and recommend continuous technological improvements
- Produce comprehensive technical reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems efficiently
- Strong hands-on experience with various operating systems and databases
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects from conception to completion
- An analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
