About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sectional Head, Instrumentation to join our esteemed team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee all instrumentation activities for our Cement Mills and Additive Transport units, implementing robust engineering and maintenance policies to guarantee optimal plant availability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Review and optimize maintenance projections, schedules, and preventive maintenance programs for Cement Mills and Additive Transport instrumentation equipment.
- Monitor the effectiveness of maintenance processes, minimize rework, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Enforce strict engineering standards, safety work procedures, and regulatory compliance within the instrumentation department at all times.
- Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and technical training and development to the instrumentation personnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support seamless manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of demonstrated operating experience in industrial maintenance practices.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a management or leadership position.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Cement Mills, Additive Transport, and VRM system operations and maintenance.
