Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in accordance with the approved secondary school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Integrate digital teaching tools and ICT into daily instructional practices to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support the holistic development of every child.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Sc Ed) or a relevant discipline with an HND.
- Recognized teaching qualification or certification such as NCE, PGDE, or TRCN registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of active teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven proficiency in classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Familiarity with modern ICT and digital teaching tools will be a distinct advantage.
