Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate Mathematics lessons aligned with the primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and caters to diverse learning styles.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Design and implement innovative teaching aids and hands-on activities to simplify complex mathematical concepts for young minds.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to improve instructional strategies and participate in school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and grades while upholding the school's high standards of student discipline and welfare.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc in Mathematics, or a relevant academic qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience within a primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for child development, patience, and creativity in lesson delivery.
- Valid teaching certification or registration with relevant educational bodies will be an added advantage.
