About the Role
Alan & Grant is a premier Human Resources and Business Advisory firm dedicated to co-creating relevant and impactful solutions for our clients while developing innovative enterprise products. We are currently looking for a results-driven Secondary Sales Agent to expand our market presence by driving secondary sales, maximizing product availability, and ensuring optimal stock rotation at the retail and sub-wholesaler levels within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned retail outlets daily to generate orders and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with retailers, shop owners, and kiosk operators.
- Ensure products are prominently displayed, cleanly arranged, and effectively utilizing point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Monitor retail shelf stock meticulously to prevent stock-outs and minimize product expiry by implementing First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles.
- Track competitor pricing, promotional activities, and new product launches, providing timely market intelligence reports to supervisors.
- Hold a B.Sc, HND, or OND in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and basic arithmetic skills.
- Exhibit high self-motivation, resilience, and deep working knowledge of local market geography.
