We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Scrum Masters (Junior to Expert levels) to join our talent network and support our esteemed clients across Nigeria. In this role, you will champion Agile methodologies, empower cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers impacting sprint delivery.
- Shield the team from external interruptions and effectively manage stakeholder interference.
- Track and analyze sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and overall team performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, grooming, and effective prioritization.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and self-organization within a high-performing team environment.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proven experience in conflict resolution and team dynamics.
