We are currently seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and driven Science Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school faculty and deliver exceptional instruction in Chemistry and Physics.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry and Physics lessons aligned with the secondary school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and achievement.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry-based learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Supervise laboratory practical sessions, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc with PGDE, or relevant degree in Chemistry, Physics, or a related science discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable secondary school setting, particularly handling senior secondary students.
- In-depth knowledge of secondary school science curricula and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
