In this vital role, you will help shape the character of our students by fostering a disciplined, supportive, and values-driven learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive briefings for students regarding school rules, regulations, and behavioral expectations.
- Supervise student compliance with institutional policies and codes of conduct across the campus.
- Undertake thorough fact-finding missions on observed or reported breaches of school rules.
- Ensure the fair and consistent implementation of disciplinary actions imposed on erring students.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students to encourage positive behavioral modification and personal growth.
- A Bachelor Degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a secondary school or educational institution is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, mediation, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in both oral and written communication in English.
- Keen attention to detail, highly organized, and of unquestionable moral integrity.
