Elevation Professionals, a leading management consultancy and publishing firm, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Government Teacher to join our esteemed educational network in Ipaja, Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping young minds, fostering critical thinking, and delivering an enriching curriculum that prepares students for academic and future success. Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in Government to secondary school students in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Design, administer, and evaluate formative and summative assessments to track student progress and academic growth.
- Maintain an inclusive, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Prepare effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and educational resources ahead of each class.
- Monitor behavioral patterns and academic performance, providing constructive feedback and extra support to struggling students.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), B.Sc., or HND in Political Science, Government, or other relevant academic disciplines.
- A minimum of one year of active teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Must reside within Ipaja, Lagos, or in close, easily accessible neighboring areas.
