Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and academic operations of the primary and secondary sections.
  • Manage staff performance, including recruitment, supervision, professional development, and appraisal.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Lagos State educational policies, standards, and curriculum requirements.
  • Handle student admissions, disciplinary matters, and maintain accurate institutional records.
  • Facilitate effective communication and positive relationships between the school, parents, and the local community.
  • Monitor school facilities and resources to ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Proven minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience in a recognized primary or secondary school.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in modern school management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational system and Lagos State Ministry of Education guidelines.
