Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and academic operations of the school.
- Ensure seamless integration of standard academic subjects with Islamic and Arabic curricula.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Maintain student discipline, moral conduct, and a safe, conducive learning environment.
- Coordinate school events, examinations, and reporting systems in alignment with school policies.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between the school, parents, and the local community.
- Implement institutional policies and ensure compliance with educational regulatory standards in Katsina State.
- Must be a practicing Muslim with exemplary Islamic character, integrity, and moral conduct.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications (Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Proven work experience in school administration or educational management.
