About the Role
Olam Agri is a market-leading, differentiated food, feed, and fiber agri-business with a global origination footprint, processing capabilities, and deep understanding of market needs built over 33 years. We are currently looking for a skilled SAP Controller to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our SAP systems, providing robust technical expertise, and collaborating effectively across various business units to support our continuous growth and manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced Level 2/3 SAP application support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues while conducting thorough root cause analysis.
- Manage SAP incidents and service requests in strict compliance with defined SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Level 1 application support team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ensure the long-term stability, security, and optimal performance of enterprise SAP applications.
- Coordinate with business users, vendor teams, and internal IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and system enhancements.
- Drive medium-to-large scale SAP projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Analyze complex data to generate insightful management reports that empower stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex concepts and driving continuous process improvements.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on, practical experience working with SAP applications in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of managing Level 1 application support teams specifically within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced aptitude for data analysis, performance tracking, and management reporting.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and managing end-to-end IT projects, particularly within SAP ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior exposure to Tableau or other modern Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools is a strong added advantage.
