Estaahair is a premier luxury hair boutique and beauty salon specializing in ethically sourced raw hair, high-quality custom wigs, ultra-thin HD lace, and professional installations. As a popular Black-owned and woman-owned brand with physical locations in Lagos, Nigeria and Sandton, South Africa, we are looking for a skilled, passionate, and professional Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate client experiences, and lead our talented team of beauty professionals to success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every client from arrival to departure.
- Supervise stylists, wig makers, and front-desk personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Monitor inventory levels for raw hair extensions, lace closures, and professional beauty supplies, placing reorders as needed.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive foot traffic and retain clientele.
- Ensure the salon maintains pristine hygiene, organization, and safety standards at all times.
- Proven experience working as a Salon Manager or in a similar retail management role within the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong work ethic, creativity, and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic inventory management.
- Relevant academic qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field are a distinct advantage.
