About the Role
ShopperMayor is a premier U.S. procurement and freight forwarding service designed specifically for Nigerian shoppers. We bridge the access gap by allowing individuals and businesses in Nigeria to seamlessly shop from popular American retail giants such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Nike that typically block local Nigerian payment cards or refuse direct shipping to Lagos. We are currently seeking energetic and results-driven Temporary Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Ajao Estate, Lagos, for a high-impact seasonal contract running from October through December.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage prospective retail and corporate clients within the Ajao Estate community and surrounding areas.
- Educate potential customers on how ShopperMayor simplifies U.S. online shopping and international freight forwarding.
- Drive customer sign-ups, guide new users through the platform, and assist with initial product procurement inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets during the peak Q4 shopping and holiday season.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales leads.
- Must currently reside within Ajao Estate, Lagos, to ensure seamless daily on-site attendance.
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail marketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and commit fully to the October through December contract period.
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media.
