About the Role

AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited, a market leader in the agricultural sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive the market development and sales of juvenile fish and fingerlings across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the sales of juvenile fish and fingerlings to fish farmers, distributors, and aquaculture stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and expand customer networks within assigned regions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular field visits to fish farms and prospective customer locations.
  • Manage end-to-end customer orders, enquiries, pricing quotations, payments, and delivery tracking.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales volumes and monthly revenue targets.
  • Provide basic technical guidance to customers on fish handling, transportation, and stocking best practices.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends, and emerging opportunities in the aquaculture sector.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with hatchery, logistics, and finance departments for order fulfilment.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain accurate sales and territory reports for management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the aquaculture, agriculture, or animal production industries.
  • Existing professional network and relationships with fish farmers will be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong understanding of fish farming operations and the Nigerian aquaculture market.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Highly target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field with frequent travel.
