About the Role
Amy Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by promoting premium artificial flowers, floral arrangements, and interior décor accessories. If you possess a passion for sales, a flair for interior aesthetics, and a proven ability to close deals, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell artificial flowers, floral arrangements, and home décor accessories to existing and prospective retail and corporate clients.
- Process customer orders received via WhatsApp, social media platforms, and direct walk-ins.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with florists, event planners, interior decorators, and gift shops.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and effectively close sales.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily sales activities and customer interactions using digital tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the retail, home décor, gift items, or event supplies industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital sales platforms and WhatsApp Business.
