About the Role
Zochel Global Concepts is looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Representative who understands how to engage customers, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into actual sales. In this on-site role based on Lagos Island, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador across our physical location and vibrant digital platforms, turning interested prospects into loyal, paying customers while contributing directly to our expanding business footprint in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, both on-site and across our social media platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Actively convert leads into paying customers through persuasive and effective communication strategies.
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date product, pricing, and availability information.
- Process customer orders accurately, carefully handling product selection, sizing, payment verification, and delivery coordination.
- Follow up consistently with existing leads to increase conversion rates, repeat business, and overall customer retention.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales, incoming orders, financial payments, and key customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to contribute directly to the company's continuous revenue growth.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished online etiquette for social media engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to actively close sales and negotiate, going beyond merely answering basic customer enquiries.
- Excellent attention to detail, impeccable record-keeping skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and fiercely target-driven individual.
- Must be available and willing to work on-site on Lagos Island from Monday to Saturday.
