About the Role
JV Management Consulting is seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative for a vibrant fashion house located in Akute, Ogun State. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of the brand, welcoming fashion enthusiasts, driving sales, and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly and provide expert styling advice on clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories.
- Drive sales to consistently meet and exceed individual and store revenue targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom through effective merchandising.
- Process accurate sales transactions utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash responsibly.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels, report damaged stock, and assist with stock receiving, tagging, and pricing.
- Promote new arrivals, discounts, and special promotional offers to shoppers.
- Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC qualification; an OND or higher degree is an added advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a fashion retail store or boutique.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems and accurate cash handling procedures.
- Well-groomed, fashionable, and professional appearance suited for a premium retail setting.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
