Key Responsibilities- Promote and market the company's financial products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct marketing, networking, and digital channels.
- Explain financial solutions clearly, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, and participate in promotional marketing events.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, or fintech is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve performance targets.
- Good digital literacy and familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
- Competitive basic monthly salary ranging from N140,000 to N150,000.
