About the Role
Amy Consulting is currently recruiting a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive revenue and promote our exclusive jewellery collections. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized assistance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional, personalized assistance to customers throughout the entire sales process, recommending suitable jewellery pieces based on preferences and budgets.
- Actively promote jewellery collections, new arrivals, and special offers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer enquiries promptly across multiple channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and orders while assisting with routine stock checks and product displays.
- Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and payment processing.
- Keep abreast of current jewellery trends, competitor activities, and luxury retail standards to enhance customer engagement.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a luxury goods environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools such as WhatsApp Business and Instagram.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
