About the Role
Hello Products, an independent and vibrant FMCG company obsessed with making the world a friendlier place starting with your mouth, is looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging our sales, logistics, and customer service functions, ensuring that our naturally friendly oral care products reach our customers seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process sales orders accurately on ERP systems and ensure timely invoice generation.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee prompt nationwide delivery.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer and distributor inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key distributors to support business growth and retention.
- Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, deliveries, and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure optimal product availability.
- Track order status, sales performance, and distribution activities to support overall sales operations.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Plan and coordinate SKU distribution across warehouses nationwide to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Support promotional activities, including incentive processing, promo invoice preparation, and distributor programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all customers, distributors, and transactions.
- HND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience in customer service operations, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Conversant with the use of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
