We are currently looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing field sales team as Loan Sales Officers in Abuja, Kaduna, and Plateau.
In this dynamic, field-based role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring eligible small and medium-sized business owners who require financing. You will actively engage prospective borrowers in assigned markets, introduce our innovative loan products, explain the application process, and provide end-to-end support through the onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities- Approach and engage potential customers directly in local markets, shops, and designated business areas.
- Educate business owners on available digital loan products, interest rates, and financial benefits.
- Assist customers seamlessly with loan applications, documentation, and the onboarding process.
- Generate quality loan leads and follow up persistently on pending applications to ensure closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal verification and credit teams to facilitate fast and successful disbursements.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales and disbursement targets.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience (comprehensive training will be provided upon resumption).
- Must be highly comfortable working on the field across markets, commercial shops, and business clusters.
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
- Must currently reside in one of the advertised locations (Abuja, Kaduna, or Plateau).
