About the Role
BrandCo Nigeria Limited is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Officers on a short-term 2-month contract to support our retail store operations across Nigeria. We identify high-street brands that appeal to the urban African consumer and offer these through world-class retail experiences. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and are available to work from November to December, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Create memorable shopping experiences for customers through effective engagement and exceptional customer service aimed at driving sales and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations that match their style and preferences.
- Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
- Support daily sales activities and contribute actively to achieving store sales targets.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and share relevant insights with the store management team.
- Assist with stock arrangement, inventory checks, and monitor product availability on the shop floor.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or tertiary students currently on break and available to work from November to December.
- 0 to 1 year of work experience; no prior retail experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales persuasion skills.
- Must reside in close proximity to your preferred store location in Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt.
- Must be fully available for the 2-month temporary engagement starting in November.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
