Westbridge Energy and Lubricants is a trusted indigenous manufacturing company specializing in the development and blending of high-quality lubricants for automotive, industrial, and marine machinery. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial operations, expand our market share, and strengthen our industry footprint across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate accounts across diverse sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team to optimize performance and foster professional growth.
  • Conduct robust market research to analyze competitor activities, emerging industry trends, and pricing dynamics.
  • Oversee brand positioning, promotional campaigns, trade exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and resolve escalated customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Possession of an MBA or relevant professional certifications in sales and marketing will be a distinct advantage.
  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management within the manufacturing, lubricant, FMCG, or industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building distribution networks, leading high-performing teams, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, strategic planning, and relationship-management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian energy, industrial, and lubricant market landscape.
