In this role, you will play a critical part in our risk management and credit decision processes by ensuring the authenticity of our merchants and loan applicants through thorough on-site assessments.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical, on-site visits to verify merchant and customer business locations across assigned areas.
- Confirm the authenticity of business operations, physical assets, and information provided during the loan application process.
- Investigate discrepancies and compile detailed, accurate verification reports within stipulated timelines.
- Liaise closely with internal credit and risk teams to support informed loan processing decisions.
- Escalate any suspicious findings or fraudulent activities immediately to management.
- Ensure all field activities strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory operational standards.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in field verification, debt recovery, or direct sales within the fintech or commercial banking sector.
- Must currently reside in Ondo State, specifically within Odigbo LGA.
- High comfort level with extensive outdoor fieldwork and navigating local terrain.
- Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
