About the Role
Ace Mall, a premier retail and lifestyle destination in Southwest Nigeria, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager to oversee our modern photo studio. Since our inception in 2012 by Prince Adeyinka Afonja, Ace Mall has evolved into a vibrant hub offering diverse services under one roof. In this role, you will be responsible for driving daily studio sales, managing client relationships, and executing creative marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly studio revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, from initial inquiry and booking to session coordination and final product delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the studio team, including photographers and support staff, to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate partnerships, and promotional events to maximize studio utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging promotional campaigns tailored to our target audience in Southwest Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, or similar role, preferably within the photography, creative, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of photographic services, studio operations, and the creative industry in Nigeria.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
