About the Role
Resurgir Consulting is seeking a smart, proactive, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will take complete ownership of our sales function, driving revenue growth, fostering customer loyalty, and overseeing day-to-day retail and commercial operations within the agro-allied and retail sector.
Key Responsibilities- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to significantly increase business revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for veterinary products, poultry feed, and agro-allied goods.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage pricing negotiations, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Supervise in-store sales activities, monitor product movement, and identify fast-selling stock.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide actionable insights on market performance.
- Train, guide, and motivate junior sales staff to ensure optimal team performance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales management or retail leadership role.
- Prior experience in the agro-allied, veterinary, FMCG, or feed-related industries is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong numerical proficiency and ability to analyze sales data accurately.
