Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is looking for a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic fashion retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining the store’s visual appeal, and ensuring every shopper enjoys a pleasant and personalized experience. Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to walk-in and online customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer preferences to recommend suitable products, sizes, and basic styling options.
- Promote items actively to help achieve and exceed daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and maintain precise sales records.
- Keep the retail floor, displays, and fitting rooms clean, organized, and visually attractive at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves promptly, and assist with tagging and organizing new shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage orders through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion sales, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Deep interest in fashion trends with a good eye for basic styling and product matching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms.
- Smart, well-organized, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work structured hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
