About the Role
Growth in Value Alliance (GV Alliance) Partners is a leading business advisory, market intelligence, and IT solutions delivery firm. We are currently looking for talented Salesforce Administrators across Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant levels to support our expanding enterprise operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, configuring, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions that drive client growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce platforms to meet evolving business requirements and enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts within Agile delivery environments.
- Monitor system performance, manage user roles, security settings, profiles, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to optimize business processes.
- Support non-functional testing, release readiness activities, and system integration deployments.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement quality improvement practices.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 15+ years of relevant professional experience in Salesforce administration, depending on the targeted role level.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and enterprise IT environments.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator) are a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
