We are currently looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring eligible customers, particularly small and medium-sized business owners, who require accessible financing to grow their businesses. Key Responsibilities- Approach and engage potential borrowers directly in assigned markets, shops, and business areas.
- Educate prospective customers on available loan products, interest rates, and unique benefits.
- Guide customers seamlessly through the loan application and onboarding process.
- Generate quality loan leads and follow up on applications to ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate closely with verification and credit teams to facilitate successful and swift disbursements.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales and disbursement targets.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience; comprehensive training will be provided upon resumption.
- Must be highly comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment across markets and business districts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Must currently reside in one of the approved states designated for this vacancy.
