About the Role
Victoria Waterfront Hotel & Resorts, an oasis of comfort and sophistication along the picturesque coast of Lagos, is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team as Sales Executives (Trainee). In this exciting role, you will immerse yourself in the vibrant hospitality industry, learning the ropes of modern sales strategies while helping us offer exceptional hospitality through impeccable service and personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in identifying and prospecting new corporate and leisure clients to drive hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
- Participate in the development and execution of innovative sales pitches, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the Lagos hospitality market.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including front desk and events, to ensure seamless execution of client bookings and special requests.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident interpersonal style.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
