About the Role
Neo Homes Limited, a fast-growing and respected property development company in Abuja, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, showcasing our premium properties, and building lasting relationships with clients in Nigeria's competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, cold calling, and field marketing activities.
- Present and promote Neo Homes' residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct professional property inspections and guide clients through the entire purchasing journey.
- Negotiate sales terms within company guidelines and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to maximize conversion rates and brand visibility.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, client interactions, and sales activity reports.
- Stay informed on Abuja real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Nigerian real estate or property development sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Proactive, confident, and customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
