About the Role

Drugstoc eHub Limited is on a mission of empowering healthcare providers for a healthier Africa, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team on a 30-day contract. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the distribution and adoption of affordable healthcare plans through strategic partnerships with churches, mosques, employers, associations, and other organized community groups across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage community groups, employers, associations, and other potential partners to introduce healthcare solutions.
  • Present comprehensive healthcare plans to decision-makers and secure lucrative group enrolment opportunities.
  • Build and actively manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve campaign targets.
  • Drive accurate beneficiary enrolment, seamless activation, and proper partner allocation.
  • Educate beneficiaries thoroughly on plan benefits and guide them on how to access essential healthcare services.
  • Follow up proactively to encourage and verify the utilization of healthcare plan benefits.
  • Maintain accurate enrolment records and submit comprehensive daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Ensure strict compliance with approved sales, enrolment, and reporting procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  • Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, community mobilization, healthcare, insurance, FMCG, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Existing networks within churches, mosques, employers, and community associations are a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet strict targets, and manage dynamic field activities.
  • Good record-keeping and digital reporting skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Lagos communities and willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
