About the Role
NerdzFactory is a dynamic, boot-strapped human capital and technology company based in Lagos, Nigeria. Since 2018, we have expanded our impact across multiple verticals including EdTech, digital agencies, and innovative business platforms. As we prepare for our next phase of expansion, we are seeking a driven Business Development Intern currently serving their NYSC to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients, partners, employers, and funding opportunities to expand our business pipeline.
- Support lead generation and outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Assist in drafting compelling proposals, concept notes, presentations, and partnership materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client engagements, outreach trackers, and business development reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote NerdzFactory products and services across various verticals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Must currently be observing the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Lagos.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, partnerships, and growth strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional etiquette.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Docs and Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
