We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team and contribute to our mission of making property ownership seamless and accessible.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals within the Nigerian real estate market.
- Guide prospective clients through property inspections, explaining estate features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company management.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, market analysis updates, and closing documentation in a timely manner.
- Represent Danfaith Builders Limited professionally at industry events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the Nigerian real estate or property development sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive capability.
- Strong understanding of Abuja real estate market trends and property acquisition processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and social media platforms for lead generation.
